Personality: Raphael is a rather eccentric part of The Council. He garbs himself in traditional Edo period kimonos, yet refuses to wear sandles. Being a mysterious character with unpredictable moods, he could be characterized as being borderline or suffering from some other serious mental instablity.
History: Raphael was a leader in Tengoku before the war of Revelation. During the conflict, however, Raphael dissapeared. He showed up again 20 years post Genesis. It is unclear where he was or what he was doing at that time.
Relationships: Although Raphael would almost appear to be afraid of relationships, he finds himself drawn to Kennan out of a morbid curiousity.
Comments: I have to say it. I love Raphael! And what's even worse is that he's a lot like me, only a bit more drastic. His barefeet are my favorite part of him too! I think Raphael's a cool character just because he's extremely hard to figure out and his motives are completely random.
